Whether in a mobile or stationary laboratory, Offenburg University of Applied Sciences offers regional companies the opportunity to work together on logistical challenges. The mobile laboratory is designed to enable research directly on site in the companies. It has recently become operational.

Hanseatic Hackathon 2024: Innovation meets practice Date: 22.01.2025 , Theme: HI_Luebeck

The Hanseatic Hackathon shows how business and science can work together to develop innovative solutions. Seven interdisciplinary teams presented AI solution for real-life cases - from meeting assistance to food waste optimization. Two days full of innovation and collaboration!

How can I, as a member of a university, find a non-university partner? How do I maintain the collaboration in the long term? The IHS (“Innovative Hochschule”) project partners explored these questions at a workshop in Mainz from 9 to 10 October 2024.

Online workshop impact measurement and quality management Date: 11.07.2024 , Theme: Workshop

On June 11, 2024, the project teams of the "Innovative Hochschule" (Innovative University) met again for an online workshop. This time, the focus was on the question of how the quality of transfer activities can be improved and measured.

On April 30, 2024, the project teams of the "Innovative Hochschule" (Innovative University) met for an online workshop to improve their knowledge on the intranet.

Second call

Kick-off event at Mannheim Castle

On 21 March 2023, the kick-off event for the second call of the "Innovative Hochschule" programme took place at Mannheim Castle. "Innovative Hochschule" representatives from both calls as well as the direct partners of the second call projects were invited to this non-public event.

Fifty-five universities selected for funding in the second call of the joint programme of the Federal Government and Länder „Innovative Hochschule“

The independent selection committee of the "Innovative Hochschule" funding initiative has selected a total of 55 universities and universities of applied sciences (UAS) for funding in 16 individual and 13 joint projects in an expert-led competition for the second funding round of the joint programme of the Federal Government and Länder (federal states). These include 39 UAS, three universities of art and music and 13 other universities. For further information and a list of the selected projects click here.
