One of the core tasks of the "Innovative Hochschule" is the development of innovative transfer formats. But how can you ensure that these formats are of high quality, achieve the desired effects and reach the intended target groups?

This question was addressed by around 70 participants in the online workshop on impact measurement and quality management on July 11, 2024. Several thematic blocks focused on recording the current status of transfer work, measuring the impact of various transfer formats and ensuring high quality. The workshop began with keynote speeches by Cornels Lehmann-Brauns (Federal Ministry of Education and Research), Dr. Michael Kreß-Ludwig (Institute for Social-Ecological Research, IHS project GeistReich), Yasmin Leibenath (Center for Quality Assurance and Development, University of Mainz, IHS project EMPOWER) and Prof. Dr. Steffen Kinkel (Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, IHS project move_mORe). In subsequent breakout sessions, the topics of the keynote speeches were explored in greater depth and the participants worked out challenges and measures, which were then presented again in plenary.

With the help of the workshop, the topics of quality management and impact measurement were brought to the attention of the IHS teams and the players were given impulses and new tools for dealing with them in the future.
